The three-month ScaleCam trial with Zeda Korea could lead to a joint development and commercialization agreement in Q4 2026 and binding 2027 order quantities if performance targets are met.
Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. said it has signed a proof-of-concept agreement with Zeda Korea Ltd. to test its ScaleCam visible-light stereoscopic vision system in road hazard management applications. The roughly three-month trial will evaluate danger-zone intrusion detection and real-time alerts for trucks, passenger vehicles and pedestrians under field conditions tied to Zeda’s use cases. If the system meets agreed key performance indicators, the companies intend to sign a Joint Development and Commercialization Agreement in the fourth quarter of 2026 for a serial-production version tailored to Zeda’s technical requirements. The commercial framework outlined in the POC includes a non-recurring engineering fee (one-time development payment) to be finalized based on required features, plus binding order quantities in 2027, with potential forecast revenue of up to $21.5 million from 2027 to 2031. Foresight said the deal builds on a separate development and commercialization agreement signed in March 2026 with a leading Japanese manufacturer for similar smart-city, road-traffic and hazard-management applications, reinforcing its push into Asian road-safety markets. The company said the project supports broader commercialization of its 3D perception technology in Korea and across Asia.
