Cognizant has become a Global Premier Partner in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network as it scales Claude across its platforms, workforce and enterprise client deployments in multiple industries.
Cognizant has deepened its partnership with Anthropic by becoming a Global Premier Partner in the Claude Partner Network, expanding beyond integration plans to broader deployment across its platforms, workforce and client engagements. The IT services company said it began rolling out Claude models to about 350,000 employees in November 2025 and is embedding Claude, including Claude Code and agentic tooling, into platforms such as Flowsource, Neuro AI Engineering and Neuro IT Ops for clients in manufacturing, life sciences, insurance, financial services and telecommunications. Cognizant cited early use cases including a biopharmaceutical contract-intelligence system that cut review times by up to 40% while maintaining extraction accuracy above 88%, an insurance risk-navigation tool that reduced underwriters’ weekly workloads by about eight hours, and an AI-enhanced customer experience portal for a global manufacturer delivered in six months. More than 30,000 associates have completed Claude training, with plans to build a certified workforce of 40,000 professionals. The update underscores how enterprise AI partnerships are increasingly focused on operational deployment, industry-specific workflows and trained delivery teams rather than standalone model access.
