The Swiss digital asset bank is assessing a potential listing as Cantor broadens its crypto capital-markets push, with no valuation, venue or timetable disclosed.
Cantor Fitzgerald is advising AMINA Bank as the Swiss digital asset lender considers a possible public listing, extending the Wall Street firm's broader push into crypto capital markets. Discussions are still at an early stage, and neither side has disclosed a valuation, exchange, timetable or final transaction structure. AMINA, formerly SEBA Bank, operates under a licence from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, FINMA, and offers cryptocurrency custody, trading, lending and staking. It reported 69% revenue growth in 2024 and has also secured authorization under the European Union's Markets in Crypto-Assets framework through its Austrian subsidiary, giving it access to European Economic Area markets through MiCA passporting rules, subject to local requirements. In May 2026, the bank said it became the first regulated bank to offer custody and trading for Canton Coin. The mandate follows Cantor's July 15 partnership with Securitize to support onchain IPOs and follow-on share sales, though there is no indication AMINA would use that infrastructure. Separately, Cantor is reportedly negotiating a deal with Blockstream co-founder Adam Back that could move as many as 30,000 BTC into Cantor Equity Partners 1, a SPAC that raised $200 million in January, in a transaction valued at more than $3 billion.
