The gold miner said it has until Jan. 20, 2027 to restore compliance and plans to seek a transfer to The Nasdaq Capital Market while monitoring its market value of publicly held shares.
Blue Gold Limited said Nasdaq notified the company that it has fallen out of compliance with the minimum market value of publicly held shares requirement after remaining below the threshold for 30 consecutive business days. The company said the deficiency was based on its market value from June 10, 2026, to July 23, 2026. Its listing is not immediately affected, and it has 180 calendar days, until January 20, 2027, to regain compliance by keeping its market value of publicly held shares at $15,000,000 or more for at least 10 consecutive business days. Blue Gold said its operations are unaffected and that it currently intends to apply to transfer its listing to The Nasdaq Capital Market, subject to meeting continued listing requirements. If it does not regain compliance by the deadline, it may qualify for additional time or face delisting, with appeal rights available under Nasdaq rules.
