Stable said it is continuing to produce blocks and operating normally even as transaction volume increased by more than 700% over the past two days. The project said the spike in activity caused some RPC mempools (queues for unconfirmed transactions handled by node access servers) to reach capacity, a sign of congestion at the network access layer rather than a halt in block production.
