The NYSE American-listed company said its wholly owned subsidiaries hold 1,106.0467 BTC valued at about $71.7 million after adding 15 bitcoin over the past eight days.
Hyperscale Data said its bitcoin treasury stands at 1,106.0467 BTC through wholly owned subsidiaries Sentinum and Ault Capital Group, with the holdings valued at about $71.7 million. The company said the total increased by 15 BTC over the past eight days. The disclosure adds to a rapid buildup from about 11 BTC in early 2025, including roughly 627.9 BTC by March 2026, 899.65 BTC after early July purchases of 67 BTC and 50.65 BTC, and 1,087.45 BTC by July 21. Hyperscale has said it is building the position through a mix of open-market purchases and bitcoin mining output rather than relying only on market timing. Hyperscale has tied bitcoin to a broader balance-sheet strategy linked to AI infrastructure, robotics and high-performance computing, and has said it aims to reach a $100 million bitcoin treasury. The company also holds 10,000 ounces of silver. Investor attention remains focused on how the company funds that buildup, including dilution risk tied to its at-the-market equity program and the relationship between its bitcoin holdings, mining operations and wider data-center expansion plans.
