Jersey Mike’s has priced its initial public offering at $23.00 per share, within its previously indicated $21 to $25 range, and its Class A common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on July 30, 2026 under the ticker JMKE. Kraken is offering eligible U.S. customers a way to request book-entry share allocations at the IPO price and customers in more than 110 countries a tokenized instrument, JMKEx, backed 1:1 by underlying shares held in regulated custody. Separately, Binance said it will list JMKE stock at 09:05 UTC on July 30, 2026 with whole-share limit orders only during regular trading hours, with NYSE halts and U.S. LULD volatility bands applying and JMKE FPSL available after T+1 settlement.
