The Washington-based luxury homebuilder said Scottsdale will be its first market outside the Pacific Northwest, extending its integrated design, construction and homeowner care model.
Azori said it is expanding into Arizona, marking the Washington-based luxury homebuilder's first geographic move beyond the Pacific Northwest after its recent rebrand from MN Custom Homes. The company said it brings more than 15 years of experience building high-end residences defined by craftsmanship, thoughtful design and long-term performance, and will launch in Scottsdale with several luxury homes tailored to the region's landscape and lifestyle. Azori said it is working with Scottsdale design firms DesignTank and Grady Olsen Design on its initial homes and that its new Scottsdale office will serve as a base for local operations and future development. CEO and Co-Founder Shaun McFadden said Arizona's strong demand for luxury living made the market a natural next step, while Co-Founder Joe Naeseth said the company aims to build homes that perform over time and enhance how people live. The expansion follows the company's July 28, 2026 rebrand from MN Custom Homes to Azori, which it said reflects a broader home experience extending beyond construction while preserving its vertically integrated approach across architecture, interior design, construction, warranty and concierge services.
