AT&T completes $23 billion EchoStar spectrum acquisition announced in August 2025
The U.S. mobile carrier said the deal adds about 50 MHz of low-band and mid-band spectrum across virtually every U.S. market, including nationwide 3.45 GHz and 600 MHz licenses.
