Xianyu recorded 9.816 million AI service orders in the first half of 2026, a 157% increase from a year earlier, highlighting rapid growth in consumer demand for AI-related digital services on the platform. Nearly 5 million users bought AI services during the period. AI skill-based task orders made up the largest category, while AI programming and website-building was the fastest-growing segment. Sellers aged 18 to 35 accounted for more than 60% of providers, pointing to a younger workforce driving supply in the expanding market for AI-enabled freelance and task-based services.
