Bybit teams up with Finloop to launch FUIDL collateral product

The collaboration will let eligible institutional and professional investors use a tokenized USD liquidity product backed by an AAA-rated money market fund as trading collateral.

Summary

Bybit said it is collaborating with Finloop Finance Technology Holding Limited to offer Finloop USD Instant Digital Liquidity, or FUIDL, a tokenized USD liquidity product backed by an AAA-rated money market fund. The exchange said FUIDL will be available for use as collateral for trading on its platform, targeting institutional and professional investors seeking on-chain access to short-term USD liquidity with traditional asset-backing standards. The product offers hourly subscription and redemption and T+0 (same-day) interest accrual, subject to the actual fund arrival time. Bybit said the arrangement is part of its broader effort to link traditional finance with digital markets, with Finloop acting as tokenization agent and providing the infrastructure connecting money market fund assets to blockchain-based settlement. The companies also plan to pilot T+0 settlement for select asset types by integrating ByCustody with Finloop’s tokenization technology, with a global rollout planned throughout 2026.
