SoFi Technologies raised its full-year 2026 adjusted net revenue guidance to $4.75 billion to $4.85 billion, above the $4.7 billion LSEG consensus, after reporting record second-quarter results and expanding its crypto and enterprise offerings. The company posted $1.2 billion in total net revenue, up 43% from a year earlier, with net income of more than $156 million, adjusted EBITDA of nearly $358 million and diluted earnings per share of $0.12. Membership rose 35% to 15.8 million and total products increased 42% to about 24 million, while lending originations reached a record $14.8 billion and deposits grew to $45.5 billion. In crypto, SoFi reported 388,336 crypto products and roughly $1.2 million in second-quarter net transaction revenue after transaction costs that nearly offset gross revenue; the filing did not provide a standalone crypto profit figure. SoFi also expanded SoFiUSD and began using it within its enterprise banking platform for 24/7 commercial payments.
