The crypto exchange said the new hub brings together reserve data, security certifications, compliance efforts and partnerships as it seeks to reinforce confidence among more than 40 million users.
BingX has launched a dedicated Trust Center designed to showcase the exchange’s security framework, asset transparency measures and long-term operating history. The company said the initiative brings together its 100% Proof of Reserves, backed by monthly Merkle Tree snapshots, a $150 million Shield Fund, internationally recognized security certifications and an eight-year operating track record. The latest reserve report dated July 15, 2026, showed a BTC reserve ratio of 142.82%, ETH at 126.48%, USDT at 131.83% and USDC at 124.41%, which BingX said demonstrates full backing of user assets. The platform added that user protections also include multi-signature authorization, tiered cold, warm and hot wallet architecture, real-time risk monitoring and round-the-clock customer support. BingX said it has obtained PCI DSS 4.0.1 and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications, standards tied to payment security and information security management, and that regular third-party security assessments support its trading environment. The company also pointed to regulatory progress in Europe, where BingX EU has submitted an application for authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider under MiCAR (European Union crypto rulebook), as well as product expansion through BingX TradFi, which gives eligible users access to stocks, commodities, forex and indices alongside cryptocurrencies. The announcement also highlighted the exchange’s brand partnerships and social impact efforts. BingX said it renewed its partnership with Chelsea Football Club in 2026 after the relationship evolved from Official Sleeve Partner to Official Training Wear Partner, and that it became Scuderia Ferrari HP’s first-ever crypto exchange partner in 2026. Beyond trading, the company said its $10 million BingX Charity Fund has supported humanitarian relief, education, environmental sustainability and community development since 2022, including a year-long partnership with Save the Children in Bosnia and Herzegovina, disaster relief across Asia and support for communities affected by the 2025 fires in Hong Kong.
