Soitec said shareholders approved all resolutions at its July 29, 2026 Annual General Meeting in Bernin, France, with a 51% quorum and more than 98% support for each measure. Approved items included the FY'26 statutory and consolidated financial statements, appropriation of net profit, director appointments and reappointments, FY'26 compensation components, FY'27 compensation policies, financial delegations to the Board, a by-law amendment on shareholder convening, and a renewed 18-month share buyback program covering up to 5% of share capital at a maximum price of €200 per share and a total cap of €357.72 million. The AGM also renewed the Board's authority to cancel repurchased shares up to 10% of capital.
