The Ohio-based investment adviser joined a run of U.S. 13F disclosures as XRP ETF inflows stayed positive and the sector’s combined assets reached about $683.66 million.
Gerber, an Ohio-based registered investment adviser managing $592 million in assets, disclosed a new XRP position through holdings in the Franklin XRP exchange-traded fund ETF, according to an SEC filing. The firm reported owning 12,958 shares. The disclosure adds to a recent series of institutional 13F filings tied to XRP ETFs. Gallacher Capital Management LLC reported on July 17 that it had opened a position in the Canary XRP ETF (XRPC), disclosing 86,744 shares valued at about $961,126. A day earlier, Vista Finance LLC revealed 129,958 shares of the Franklin XRP ETF, a position valued at $11.45 million at the time of the filing and described as one of the largest institutional XRP ETF holdings disclosed so far. CPR Investments, a Michigan-based registered investment adviser, also said on July 15 that it had established a position in the ProShares Ultra XRP ETF, reporting 36,619 shares valued at about $363,627. While these allocations remain small compared with the larger positions typically seen in Bitcoin ETFs, the filings point to gradually rising interest in XRP among investment advisers. That trend has coincided with continued positive inflows into U.S. spot XRP ETFs. Net inflows totaled 532,500 XRP on July 27, after 5.09 million XRP on July 21, 2.27 million XRP on July 20, and 6.10 million XRP on July 16. The combined XRP ETF market stood at about $683.66 million in assets in the latest update, led by the Bitwise XRP ETF at roughly $243 million, followed by the Canary XRP ETF at nearly $223 million and the Franklin XRP ETF at about $167 million.
