The exchange will delist AEUR/USDT spot trading and later disable withdrawals, while converting remaining AEUR holdings to EUR at a 1:1 rate after issuer Anchored Coins AG stopped new token issuance.
Binance said it will stop supporting AEUR products from 2026-07-31, beginning with the delisting of the exchange’s only AEUR spot pair, AEUR/USDT, at 03:00 (UTC). The move follows issuer Anchored Coins AG’s earlier decision to stop issuing new AEUR tokens, although redemptions are still being processed under the procedure on its website and the circulating supply remains fully backed by euro-denominated reserves on a 1:1 basis. Users are being asked to withdraw or convert AEUR before 2026-08-14. Until 2026-08-14 03:00 (UTC), AEUR can be converted to EUR through Binance Convert at a 1:1 rate, but only from AEUR into EUR and not in reverse. At that deadline, Binance will disable AEUR withdrawals and automatically convert all remaining AEUR balances in Spot and Funding Accounts into EUR at 1:1. Afterward, AEUR deposits will remain open until further notice, with any incoming AEUR automatically credited as EUR. The exchange is also unwinding AEUR across related services. Spot open orders for AEUR/USDT will be removed once trading ends. Binance Spot Copy Trading will delist the pair earlier, on 2026-07-30 06:00 (UTC), with outstanding assets either force-sold at market price or moved to Spot Accounts if unsellable. Binance Simple Earn will delist AEUR after 2026-07-30 10:00 (UTC), and Flexible and Locked positions not redeemed in advance will be automatically redeemed and transferred with accrued rewards. Binance Pay and Binance Gift Card will each remove AEUR from supported assets from 2026-07-31 03:00 (UTC). AEUR has already been removed from Margin and Loans under a previously announced schedule.
