Separate Rosen notices said it is investigating potential securities claims involving Barclays, Blaize and Hyliion after reports tied Barclays to Market Financial Solutions, alleged Blaize's NeoTensr deal was fraudulent, and questioned a Hyliion customer agreement.
Rosen Law Firm issued separate notices saying it is investigating potential securities claims on behalf of investors in Barclays PLC, Blaize Holdings, Inc. and Hyliion Holdings Corp. over allegations that the companies may have issued materially misleading business information. In the Barclays matter, the firm cited a February 27, 2026 Reuters article on the collapse of UK mortgage provider Market Financial Solutions Ltd, or MFS, which said another publication reported Barclays had a £600 million ($809.70 million) exposure to MFS; Rosen said Barclays ADS fell 3.99% on February 27 and 2.3% on March 2. In the Blaize matter, Rosen cited an April 28, 2026 Investing.com article saying short seller Pelican Way Research alleged Blaize's recent $50 million deal with NeoTensr was fraudulent; Rosen said Blaize shares fell 12% that day. In the Hyliion matter, Rosen pointed to a June 23, 2026 Investing.com article saying shares dropped after a Pelican Way Research short report questioned the legitimacy of a key customer agreement linked to a prior roughly 150% surge in the stock; Rosen said Hyliion shares fell 17.2% on June 23. The firm said it is preparing prospective class actions and that investors may seek compensation through contingency fee arrangements.
