Milliken & Company said it has successfully started dedicated production capacity for Millad ClearX 9000, its fifth-generation clarifier technology used in polypropylene. The company said the added capacity is intended to improve supply reliability, maintain consistent quality and give it more flexibility to meet rising global demand for advanced polypropylene applications. Milliken said the investment also strengthens the resilience of its global manufacturing network, complements existing operations and supports the industry's shift toward next-generation clarifier technology. Executives said the product is designed to improve polypropylene clarity, aesthetics and performance without reducing manufacturing productivity, with applications across consumer, packaging and industrial markets.
