The rollout will support Quintas Energy’s 2026 digital transformation program, with Box Enterprise Advanced aimed at improving document governance, onboarding and AI-enabled workflows across renewable portfolios.
Quintas Energy has selected Box as its Intelligent Content Management platform as part of a broader 2026 digital transformation program focused on managing increasingly complex renewable energy portfolios. The company said the partnership is intended to strengthen the digital foundations behind documentation, data governance and operational workflows that support asset performance, compliance and decision-making. The rollout will create what Quintas described as a secure, intelligent content layer integrated with its proprietary platform and AI program to capture, classify and govern business-critical documentation. Quintas said the system is designed to help manage growing volumes of contractual, technical, financial, regulatory and operational documents across multiple stakeholders as renewable portfolios expand in size, geography and complexity. Box Enterprise Advanced is expected to speed client and asset onboarding, which Quintas said is often slowed by large amounts of technical, financial and compliance documentation. The companies also pointed to planned capabilities in workflow automation, AI agents, metadata extraction, content security, classification, archival tools and developer integrations. Quintas COO Aida Durnes said the effort is meant to build the information structure and governance needed to unlock AI-driven insights across operations, while Box’s Samantha Wessels said the project reflects a shift in document management from a back-office function to a strategic capability for asset managers.
