The state health and human services award is expected to generate more than $5 million a year from November 2026 and deepens Cycurion’s push into higher-margin public sector work.
Cycurion said it secured a 10-year contract worth about $54.6 million through a partnership with a top-5 global consulting firm to help modernize and securely operate a major Health and Human Services System for a state government agency. The company said work is scheduled to begin in November 2026 and that the award is expected to contribute more than $5 million in annual revenue. The company framed the deal as one of the most significant in its history and as a long-term recurring-revenue addition to its public sector portfolio, particularly in the SLED market. Cycurion said the award supports its strategy of shifting toward higher-margin government engagements and could create follow-on opportunities within the state’s broader health and human services modernization efforts and through its consulting partner relationship. Cycurion linked the contract to financial improvements it reported earlier this year, including first-quarter 2026 gross margin expansion to 21.1% from 17.5% a year earlier and a narrowing of net loss to $2.1 million from $5.1 million in the prior quarter. It also cited an organizational realignment expected to deliver more than $2.2 million in annual savings and pointed to its June 2, 2026 acquisition of Secuvant, which added the Panoptic platform and Cyber7 framework to complement its ARx cybersecurity platform. Separately, the company said it is continuing an investigation into potential market manipulation of its stock after issuing litigation hold letters in April 2026 tied to litigation against ACCESS Newswire Inc. and related parties.
