The animal health company said the report details product growth, food-system initiatives, counterfeit recovery and workforce investment across animals, customers, society and employees.
Elanco Animal Health Incorporated released its 2025 Impact Report, "Leading with Purpose," outlining progress across animal care, customer support, social impact and employee initiatives. The company said it generated $892 million in 2025 revenue from new innovation, advanced a pipeline targeting 5-6 blockbuster-potential approvals by 2031 with more than $2 billion in unprobabilized potential peak sales, and established Credelio Quattro as its fastest pet health blockbuster. The report also said Zenrelia has helped treat more than two million itchy dogs worldwide to date and that Elanco secured emergency and conditional regulatory authorizations tied to New World screwworm, an emerging pest affecting warm-blooded animals. Beyond products, Elanco highlighted work with more than 1.4 million cattle that it said delivered over 200,000 metric tons of CO₂e (carbon dioxide equivalent) reductions, a Salmonella control program in 23 countries, recovery of more than 160,000 counterfeit products valued at over $13 million, and an employee engagement score of 73%, which it said was 4 percentage points above the external benchmark.
