Hargreave Hale AIM VCT PLC said it allotted 453,393 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each under its existing fundraising offer at 33.07 pence per share, with admission to the London Stock Exchange’s main market and the Financial Conduct Authority’s Official List expected on or around 7 August 2026. The price was based on the last published net asset value per share as at 24 July 2026, announced on 28 July 2026, divided by 0.965 to reflect offer costs and calculated on an ex-dividend basis after the shares went ex-dividend of 0.70 pence on 25 June 2026. Separately, the company disclosed Article 19 UK Market Abuse Regulation notifications for 31 July 2026 allotments under its Dividend Reinvestment Scheme to Justin Ward, a PDMR and Non-Executive Director, and to Elizabeth Ward, a person closely associated with him. After the fundraising issue, total ordinary shares and voting rights will be 374,125,913.
