The Nasdaq-listed AI infrastructure company said market data feeds are understating its current share count and directed investors to its investor website for more information.
Alpha Compute Corp. said its total shares outstanding currently stand at 72,845,260, updating investors after saying the figure is being understated in market data feeds. The company, listed on Nasdaq under the ticker ALP, framed the notice as a capital-markets update rather than an operating announcement. Alpha Compute describes itself as an AI infrastructure company focused on GPU-as-a-service (on-demand access to graphics processing power) and AI Confidential Compute (secure processing for sensitive AI workloads). It said its business supports clients, subsidiaries and partners in finance, defense, intelligence and media that require secure, confidential computing environments. The company is domiciled in the British Virgin Islands and has offices in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Amsterdam and Toronto. Alpha Compute also said it is a founding partner of the Right2Compute Coalition.
