The potential buyout of the Plano, Texas-based medical-device outsourcing company could be announced as soon as next week, according to people familiar with the matter.
KKR is close to an agreement to acquire Integer Holdings and take the medical-device outsourcing company private, people familiar with the matter said. The potential deal could be announced as soon as next week and would value the Plano, Texas-based company at roughly $127 per share. A take-private transaction would remove Integer from public markets through a private-equity buyout.
