HIZENERGY makes BloombergNEF Q3 2026 Tier 1 energy storage list

HIZENERGY said it has been included in BloombergNEF's Q3 2026 Energy Storage Tier 1 Manufacturer List, a 68-company roster released on July 31, 2026. The firm, founded in June 2022 in China, said the result puts it among top-tier energy storage suppliers and underscores its commercial and industrial, or C&I, storage business. The company said it passed the Tier 1 assessment on its first submission, despite the list being dominated by manufacturers with more than a decade of operating history. It framed the result as evidence of its technology base and global delivery capability. HIZENERGY said independent research and development is central to its strategy, with research engineers making up more than half of its workforce and more than 120 patents tied to energy storage technology. In 2026, it launched a proprietary 300kW/460kW liquid-cooled high-power PCS, which it said addresses footprint, parallel-operation losses and expansion costs in conventional C&I storage systems. By mid-2026, HIZENERGY said its cumulative installed energy storage capacity had exceeded 1.8GWh and more than 6,000 storage cabinets were deployed nationwide. It also said it has built local teams in Europe and Southeast Asia, with projects commissioned in Belgium, Germany and other overseas markets. The company said it will use the Tier 1 status to expand research, refine liquid-cooled systems and energy management software, and deepen its push into global C&I storage.
