Persistent Systems reported audited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with revenue rising to $452.4 million, up 3.8% quarter on quarter and 16.1% year on year. The company said constant-currency growth was 4.1% sequentially and 16.5% annually, while revenue in rupees reached 43,032.3 million, up 6.1% quarter on quarter and 29.1% year on year. EBIT rose to 6,868.8 million rupees, with a 16.0% margin, up 4.2% sequentially and 32.7% from a year earlier. Profit before tax was 6,231.0 million rupees and profit after tax was 4,830.4 million rupees, with both declining from the prior quarter due to forex losses but remaining higher year on year. Persistent also posted its highest-ever quarterly Total Contract Value of $1.15 billion, including a 6.5-year strategic services agreement with a leading global technology company valued at more than $650 million. Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Sandeep Kalra said the company also signed a Business Combination Agreement with Nagarro as part of its M&A strategy and continued investing in its AI-focused 3C framework and platforms as clients look to scale AI across enterprises.
