The South Korean exchange said the new package replaces selective coupons, offers zero-fee maker trades in USDT, and comes as fee competition heats up after new shareholders joined.
Coinone has overhauled its fee policy for the first time since Korea Investment & Securities and OKX Ventures became shareholders, replacing a selective coupon system with a new Voucher service open to all customers. The 30-day package, which can be activated from a dedicated tab in the Coinone app and website, applies three benefits after one registration: an immediate 0.04% trading fee across listed assets, zero fees for maker trades in Tether (USDT), and Coinone Point cashback tied to trading volume. The exchange said the move is designed to sharply cut customers' trading costs and highlight what it calls the industry's lowest fee rates, while market attention is focused on whether the policy can help Coinone win share in a crowded domestic exchange market.
