TotalEnergies SE said it repurchased 1,665,205 of its own shares between 27 July 2026 and 31 July 2026 under authority granted by shareholders on 29 May 2026 and in line with applicable share-repurchase rules. The company paid a total of EUR124,999,849.56 for the shares, at a daily weighted average purchase price of EUR75.065742, with trading spread across XPAR, CEUX, TQEX and AQEU venues. The company identified the shares as FR0000120271 and said the purchases were made pursuant to its buyback authorization. TotalEnergies, a global integrated energy group active in about 120 countries, said the disclosure is part of its standard reporting on own-share transactions.
