IMPACT Therapeutics said it entered an exclusive partnership with Pharmanovia granting the specialty pharmaceutical company manufacturing, development and commercialization rights for senaparib across 66 countries in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, Australia and New Zealand. The deal covers maintenance monotherapy for advanced high-grade epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer and could bring IMPACT up to 423.5 million euros through an upfront payment, near-term regulatory and commercial milestone payments tied to revenue or sales thresholds, and tiered royalties of up to about 25% of net product sales. IMPACT said the agreement is its first step in bringing its validated treatment options to patients outside China and expands senaparib's global reach ahead of a potential European approval in the second half of 2026 after the EMA accepted its marketing authorization application in August 2025.
