Danone and Arcor said they have completed the creation of their joint venture in Argentina, combining Danone’s dairy business in the country, Mastellone Hermanos SA and Logistica La Serenísima into an integrated dairy operation. The companies said the partnership builds on more than two decades of collaboration and is designed to expand innovation, improve operations and broaden commercial reach in Argentina’s dairy category. Danone said the transaction gives it equal control with Arcor and that, from August 1, 2026, the venture is reflected in its financial statements as an equity-accounted company based on a 50% shareholding.
