
The U.S.-listed Bitcoin accumulation company said the financing will fund its Michigan AI data center expansion and supports a broader BTC-backed credit strategy.
Hyperscale Data said it secured a $30 million Bitcoin-backed loan through Morpho, adding to its use of decentralized finance to fund infrastructure growth without selling its treasury asset outright. The U.S.-listed company, trading under DAT, said the proceeds will be used to expand its AI data center in Michigan. It also said it sold about 100 BTC last week and established a BTC-backed credit facility as part of its AI infrastructure investment strategy.
