AZZ Inc. appoints Rhonda Davenport as chief human resources officer

Davenport joins the Fort Worth industrial company effective Aug. 3, 2026, after more than two decades in HR leadership across several sectors.

AZZ Inc. appointed Rhonda Davenport as chief human resources officer, effective Aug. 3, 2026. She will oversee talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, total rewards, organizational effectiveness, succession planning and culture initiatives across the company’s operations. AZZ said Davenport brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across financial services, technology, consumer services and nonprofit organizations, including multi-site, multi-state and international environments. Most recently, she was chief people officer at Cain Watters & Associates, where she led end-to-end human resources, oversaw HR for portfolio companies and a nonprofit organization, and built the function to support growth. Her prior roles include senior HR leadership positions at Unisys, Speed Commerce, Sirius XM, Freeman Company, Kohl’s Department Stores and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
