Sparc Technologies Ltd. said Managing Director Nick O’Loughlin will present live at the OTCQB Virtual Investor Conference, hosted by VirtualInvestorConferences.com, on Aug. 6, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ET. The online event will be interactive, allowing investors to ask questions in real time, and an archived webcast will be available afterward for those unable to attend live. The company said one-on-one meetings will be available on Aug. 6, 10 and 11 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. EST, and it encouraged investors to pre-register and complete the system check to receive updates and expedite participation. Sparc, which trades on the ASX under SPN, on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under NLR and on the OTCQB under SPTCF, describes itself as an Australian technology company focused on solutions that improve environmental and sustainability outcomes. Its two main areas are graphene-enhanced materials and green hydrogen. The company said it has commercialized ecosparc®, a graphene additive designed to improve epoxy-based protective coatings at low dosages, and has commissioned a manufacturing facility while working with global coatings companies and large asset owners on testing, trials and commercial partnerships. It also said Sparc Hydrogen, a joint venture with Fortescue Ltd and the Adelaide University, is developing green hydrogen technology based on photocatalytic water splitting, which uses sunlight, water and a photocatalyst instead of electrolysers and may offer lower infrastructure needs and energy use than existing methods.
