Hormel Foods Corporation said it will release its fiscal 2026 third-quarter financial results before markets open on Thursday, Aug. 27, 2026, and will host a webcast and conference call at 8 a.m. CT, or 9 a.m. ET. Jeff Ettinger, interim chief executive officer, John Ghingo, president, and Paul Kuehneman, interim chief financial officer and controller, are scheduled to discuss the results. The live webcast, replay and related materials will be available on the company's investor website at investor.hormelfoods.com. Hormel Foods, based in Austin, Minnesota, said it generates more than $12 billion in annual revenue and owns brands including Planters, Skippy, SPAM, Hormel Natural Choice, Applegate, Wholly, Hormel Black Label, Columbus and Jennie-O. The company also said it is a member of the S&P 500 Index and the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats.
