Bookmark Medical said it completed its acquisition of Village Medical Michigan effective Aug. 3, 2026, marking the provider-led healthcare organization's entry into Michigan and expanding its care network to four states. The transaction adds seven primary care practices, a diagnostic center and Huron Valley Practice Affiliates, an independent physician organization, along with approximately 40 providers, more than 350 employees and over 40,000 patients across Southeast Michigan. The practices serve Farmington, Livonia, Northville, Novi, South Lyon, Walled Lake and Westland. Bookmark Medical said patients will continue seeing the same providers at the same locations and using the same phone numbers as the sites gradually transition to the Bookmark Medical name. The company said the acquisition supports its growth strategy in community-based healthcare and extends its patient-centered model across Arizona, Massachusetts, Michigan and Tennessee.
