Consumer-products maker forecasts fiscal 2027 sales growth of 13% to 14% and adjusted EPS of $5.70 to $6.00, as the April 2026 GOJO acquisition lifts results amid inflation and value-seeking consumers.
Clorox reported fiscal fourth-quarter results slightly ahead of Wall Street expectations and forecast fiscal 2027 adjusted earnings per share of $5.70 to $6.00 on sales growth of 13% to 14%, with most of the increase tied to its April 2026 acquisition of GOJO Industries, maker of Purell. The midpoint of its earnings outlook is above analyst consensus of $5.52. The company said inflation, stronger competition, macroeconomic uncertainty and consumers' focus on value are expected to weigh on the year, even as it plans to offset more than $200 million in expected supply-chain inflation through productivity measures and targeted pricing.
