The former chief commercial officer, who joined in June 2025, takes over as Masimo pushes post-acquisition growth, customer relationships and innovation under Danaher.
Masimo named Tim Benner president effective August 3, 2026, elevating the executive who joined the company in June 2025 and most recently served as chief commercial officer after earlier holding the chief marketing and strategy officer role. The patient-monitoring company said Benner helped shape strategy, strengthen customer relationships and guide the business through its transition following Danaher's acquisition of Masimo, and he will now lead the global business with responsibility for innovation across its patient monitoring portfolio, customer partnerships, commercial growth and its mission to improve patient outcomes through breakthrough technologies. Benner brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in medical technology, with prior roles at Edwards Lifesciences, Abbott, Terumo, Inari Medical/Stryker and Masimo. The company also highlighted its pulse oximetry franchise, saying Masimo SET is used on more than 200 million patients each year and serves as the primary pulse oximetry technology at all 10 top U.S. hospitals in the 2026 Newsweek World's Best Hospitals listing, while Benner said the next phase can combine Masimo's innovation culture with the Danaher Business System.
