Trading in NusaTrip shares remains halted after an earlier SEC suspension, and any appeal to a Nasdaq hearings panel would determine whether the delisting is postponed.
Nasdaq said NusaTrip Incorporated faces delisting from the Nasdaq Stock Market on August 12, 2026 unless the company appeals to a Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel. The company’s shares have been halted since October 23, 2025 following a suspension by the SEC, and they will remain unavailable for trading while any appeal is pending. If the securities are removed from Nasdaq, they may become eligible to trade over the counter. Nasdaq said it is using its authority under IM-5101-4 to delist the company’s securities.
