BOOSTRY and Digital Asset to jointly advance multichain wallet launch in 2026

The partnership links Nomura-backed BOOSTRY with Canton Network developer Digital Asset to support on-chain finance and digital capital markets.

Summary

BOOSTRY and Digital Asset said on Aug. 4 they will work together to support on-chain finance and digital capital markets in Japan. The first step is a multichain wallet service that BOOSTRY plans to launch by the end of 2026, aimed at financial institutions and corporate clients rather than retail users. The service is intended to give enterprises a single infrastructure for managing digital assets across multiple blockchains with stronger security, governance and links to existing core banking and market systems. The companies said the rollout will begin with Canton Network compatibility and then expand in phases to other assets and networks, including security tokens, stablecoins and crypto assets. BOOSTRY is majority owned by Nomura Holdings, while Digital Asset develops Canton Network, a blockchain built for regulated financial markets that processes more than $9 trillion in monthly asset flows and is increasingly used for tokenized US Treasuries.
