The 6 October session at Excel London will examine the trio's Pokemon collaboration and how major retailers, brands and licensees work together across Europe.
Carrefour will appear with Jazwares and Sun City at Brand Licensing Europe 2026 for a keynote panel on European retail partnerships, adding one of the event's headline sessions to the 6-8 October program at Excel London. The discussion, titled "The Power of Partnership in European Retail," will feature Carrefour Director of Toys & Leisure Group Marianne Lesimple outlining the retailer's licensing approach, retail innovation strategy and framework for choosing and executing brand collaborations, before joining Vincent Vandamme, Head of French Office, Jazwares, and Sun City's Chief Operating Officer Emmanuel Assouline for a panel on their recent Pokemon collaboration. Organizers said the session will give attendees insight into how the partnership was built, the strategic decisions behind it and plans for activation across Europe, alongside a live audience Q&A moderated by Matthieu Battini, EMEA Sales Director, Brand Licensing Europe. The event organizer also used the announcement to outline other BLE 2026 programming, including a Warner Bros. Discovery Consumer Products Group keynote on 7 October marking 25 years of Harry Potter movies and sessions from companies and institutions including Universal, the Natural History Museum, ZSL, London Zoo, Van Gogh Museum and Tate.
