Telegram responded on X with the message, "Reports of my demise are greatly exaggerated," followed by an apple emoji. The episode adds to broader scrutiny of the platform’s moderation practices as Telegram also faces legal action in Russia and Australia over alleged illegal and terrorism-related material.
