Loftware and RiseNow launch global partnership focused on SAP supply chains

Loftware said it has formed a global strategic partnership with RiseNow to link procurement, product identification and downstream execution in SAP and SAP S/4HANA environments, aiming to improve transparency, traceability and operational reliability across supply chains. The alliance combines RiseNow's spend management, supply chain advisory, managed services and agentic AI capabilities with Loftware's product identification tools to address fragmented processes that can weaken visibility, compliance and control. The rollout starts with healthcare and health systems, where traceability is tied to patient safety and audit readiness, and is meant to deliver end-to-end visibility and scalable track-and-trace capabilities before expanding into industrial and other sectors. The companies said the model is especially relevant for regulated industries where data accuracy, compliance and supply continuity are critical.
