InfuSystem posts $36.9 million Q2 2026 revenue, reaffirms full-year guidance

Net income rose to $3.2 million and adjusted EBITDA reached $8.6 million as growth in Patient Services offset weaker Device Solutions revenue tied to a restructured GE Healthcare contract.

Summary

InfuSystem Holdings reported second-quarter 2026 net revenue of $36.9 million, up 2.6% from a year earlier, with net income of $3.2 million, or $0.15 per diluted share, versus $2.6 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, in the prior-year quarter. Adjusted EBITDA (a profit metric excluding certain items) rose 7.6% to $8.6 million, and adjusted EBITDA margin widened to 23.4% from 22.3%. The company said Patient Services revenue increased 15.2% to $24.8 million, helped by higher treatment volume and stronger third-party payer collections in Oncology and Wound Care, while Device Solutions revenue fell 16.1% to $12.1 million after the restructuring of its largest biomedical services contract with GE Healthcare and lower medical equipment sales. Gross profit increased 7.7% to $21.4 million and gross margin improved to 58.0% from 55.2%. InfuSystem said the GE Healthcare contract change reduced second-quarter 2026 revenue by $1.6 million, but lowered costs by more than that and lifted profitability and cash flow; after adjusting for that effect, pro-forma revenue growth was 7.5%. The company repurchased $3.5 million of stock during the quarter and said liquidity stood at $55.2 million as of June 30, 2026. It reaffirmed full-year 2026 guidance for pro-forma net revenue growth of 6% to 8% and adjusted EBITDA margin in the mid to low 20% range.
