The owner of CBS, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and Paramount studio said its streaming business expanded in the latest quarter as it continued cost controls.
Paramount said growth in its streaming service in the latest quarter helped narrowly counter another decline in sales at its television unit. The entertainment company, which owns CBS, Comedy Central, Nickelodeon and its namesake studio, also raised its profit guidance for the year as it works to keep costs under control.
