
After starting a preliminary inquiry, 宇树科技 fixed its IPO price, with Aug. 10 subscriptions for 40.4464 million new shares expected to raise 4.202 billion yuan and one lot estimated at about 52,000 yuan.
宇树科技 said on Aug. 6 that it and its sponsor, the lead underwriter, set the offer price for its STAR Market IPO at 150.80 yuan per share after a preliminary inquiry that began on Aug. 5. The company plans to issue 40.4464 million new shares, equal to 10% of post-offering share capital, to raise 4.202 billion yuan, leaving total share capital at 404 million shares after the offering. Online and offline subscriptions are scheduled for Aug. 10, payment is due by Aug. 12, and a single subscription lot is estimated at about 52,000 yuan. The company said the offline offering will no longer conduct cumulative bidding inquiry after the price was fixed.
