The Danish lender reported H1 2026 net profit of DKK 1.194 billion, strong loan and deposit growth, and better-than-budgeted credit quality as it lifted full-year guidance.
Ringkjøbing Landbobank on 5 August 2026 raised its 2026 net profit outlook to DKK 2.2-2.5 billion from DKK 2.0-2.4 billion after reporting first-half net profit of DKK 1,194 million. The bank said the upgrade reflects continued growth, total income developing better than forecast at the start of 2026, and continued good credit quality with losses and impairments developing better than originally budgeted. For H1 2026, core earnings were DKK 1,595 million, return on tangible equity was 22% p.a., loans grew 13% p.a. and deposits 12% p.a. The lender said the outlook remains uncertain and depends on financial markets and broader macroeconomic conditions.
