The Swiss fintech says the product digitizes blocked capital contribution accounts for eligible GmbH and AG incorporations, moving onboarding, funding tracking and notary documentation online to reduce paperwork and delays.
Bivial AG has launched Share Capital Accounts, a digital-first product designed to simplify a required step in forming a company in Switzerland: depositing paid-in share capital into a blocked capital contribution account before registration in the Commercial Register. The Zug-based fintech said eligible Swiss GmbH and AG founders and their advisers can complete onboarding, funding and documentation online, track individual shareholder contributions through a single interface, and receive a digital capital contribution confirmation for submission to the notary once the full amount has been received and verified. Bivial said the service targets a process long associated with manual reviews, paper documents and delays, and plans to distribute it through integrations with company-formation platforms, fiduciaries, corporate service providers and other professional advisers. Account opening and processing remain subject to due-diligence checks and complete documentation. Bivial AG is a deposit-taking financial institution regulated by FINMA, the Swiss financial regulator, under Article 1b of the Swiss Federal Banking Act.
