Bitget-backed Reality adds daily PoR audits for 634 U.S. stock tokens

The upgraded arrangement with The Network Firm is designed to verify each rToken is matched by corresponding stocks or ETFs held in custody at Alpaca Securities LLC.

Summary

Reality, the licensed RWA (real-world asset) issuance platform under Bitget, said it has deepened its partnership with U.S. audit firm The Network Firm to introduce daily proof-of-reserves, or PoR (asset-backing verification), reports for its rTokenized U.S. stock products. Under the upgraded setup, The Network Firm will issue daily reserve attestation reports based on assurance standards set by the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), with the aim of confirming that every rToken in circulation is backed by a corresponding stock or ETF in a custodial account. The underlying shares and ETFs remain in custody with Alpaca Securities LLC, a U.S. securities broker registered with FINRA (U.S. brokerage regulator) and protected by SIPC (U.S. investor protection corporation). Reality said the structure creates an independently separated issuance, verification and custody framework intended to improve transparency. The platform currently supports 634 tokenized stocks and ETFs, which are integrated into the Bitget ecosystem for uses including unified account margin and staking-backed lending. Earlier data showed Bitget's stock token rToken surpassed $100 million in assets under management one month after launch.
