Strategy joins Invest America pledge with $250 yearly Trump Accounts contributions

The former MicroStrategy will match the government's $1,000 seed for newborns of U.S. employees and add $250 annually for each eligible child as other employers back the 530A program.

Summary

Strategy joined the Invest America Business Pledge on Aug. 5, 2026, committing a one-time $1,000 match for newborns of its U.S. employees and $250 a year for each eligible child until age 18. The so-called Trump Accounts, formally 530A accounts created under the "One Big Beautiful Bill Act," give children born between 2025 and 2028 a $1,000 federal seed that is invested in low-fee U.S. equity index funds, with employer contributions set to begin after final Treasury guidance and related infrastructure are in place. Strategy is not directing the investments inside those accounts and joins other participating employers including Dell, Micron and Visa.
