The multi-year pact gives the AI cloud provider storage certainty as supply tightens, while CoreWeave expands in Indonesia and prepares to report results on August 11, 2026.
CoreWeave has secured priority access to enterprise SSD capacity from Solidigm under a multi-year deal that extends a partnership built around QLC storage for GPU clusters, including co-engineering 122-terabyte drives and direct-to-chip liquid cooling for dense AI workloads. The agreement is meant to keep storage capacity in step with CoreWeave’s compute, networking and software buildout as AI customers scale, at a time of tightening industry supply. The announcement follows CoreWeave’s expansion into Indonesia, where it plans three facilities totaling 360 megawatts of contracted IT power that are expected to come online in 2028; as of March 31, 2026, the company operated 49 data centers globally with more than 1 gigawatt of active power and over 3.5 gigawatts of contracted capacity. Shares were up 0.21% at $92.19 on Wednesday, and the company is due to report earnings on August 11, 2026, with analysts expecting a loss of $1.27 per share on $2.56 billion of revenue.
